so... i grew these. in my garden on our deck and they were delicious. i didn't know jalapeños turned red eventually, i kept waiting for them to get bigger and they changed color instead. i think they were sweeter that way? i chopped two of them up and we ate them on our lentil tacos (highly recommend that recipe, so good) and i saved one to throw in with the dilly beans i'm making today just to see what happens. i bet it's going to be tasty!
growing food is just as fun as growing flowers. is it possible i'm turing more portuguese as i get older?
