My pathetic little calf muscles need to toughen up!

Also, amusingly, there are NO hills here in Philly. I didn't even think about running on hills until I read this haha! Thanks for the tips and please smell the lovely New England thaw smell for me, your springs up there are the best :)laurahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14831229743533344434noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6274127264588966124.post-17973617118161421722014-03-23T11:09:48.463-04:002014-03-23T11:09:48.463-04:00Yay for running! I don't have a lot of tips, ...Yay for running! I don't have a lot of tips, but I always like to remind people that it gets easier. If you enjoy it at all, stick with it. I love that it gets me outside and that I see things I wouldn't otherwise see. I also suggest learning how to alter your form for running uphill and downhill. (For running uphill, shorten your stride a little bit and bring your arms up a little bit. Think about how you would run up stairs. And the opposite goes for running downhill.) It will help make hills less miserable. Enjoy the springtime!!Alicehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10235282055861817866noreply@blogger.com
